The Project will consist of a double-circuit 345 kV high-voltage alternating current (HVAC) line that is expected to connect the Western Spirit Switchyard on the Public Service Company of New Mexico’s (“PNM”) system and the Pete Heinrich Switchyard on the SunZia Transmission System.
